Career Support Programs

The Institute has a commitment to help employees assume responsibility for their own successful development and career management. Career support programs also align the interests and capabilities of our employees with the needs of the Institute.

These programs include:

• MentorTech Mentoring Program

The Career / Mentoring Support Programs are managed by: Ms. Deborah Covin Wilson SPHR, RCC, Director of Career Development. Deborah received her Masters Degree from Atlanta University and has achieved the Senior Certification in Human Resources (SPHR).
