Career Development Assistance
Several programs, resources, and tools have been developed to assist employees to assess their skills and interests and actively plan their careers by developing realistic strategies to achieve them. Assessment services can be provided for individuals or departments. Assessments services include administration and interpretation of: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DISC and, Campbell Interest and Skill Survey (CISS) , Campbell Leadership Survey, Life Styles Inventory ( LSI), Management Effectiveness Profile (MEP), and Personal Listening Profile, Team Development Profile . Coaching services are also available.
