Georgia Tech Consulting Services (GTCS)

GTCS is the consulting branch of the Office of Organizational Development. We work with Georgia Tech staff and faculty to identify the implications of planned change or assess the current capabilities of administrative or academic units . We can help develop a comprehensive plan to effectively deal with change or to refine or expand your capabilities through the effective use of people, process, and technology. GTCS can also partner with OOD Training and Career Support Services to create a customized plan that will meet your department's individual needs. We have a long list of successful projects in which we have assisted groups or departments.
