GTCS will work with your unit to identify and define your retreat objectives. In addition to facilitating the retreat, we aid in the development of the event format, agenda, timeline, and communication process. We believe that your group members are the true experts. What we do is provide a structure, place and process in which your experts can work to accomplish the task at hand.
