This 16 page report includes refined descriptions of the 16 types. It offers and describes in detail an individual's four-letter personality type. It also explains the strengths and needs common to the individuals' type, offers suggestions for verifying type, and provides a detailed report of the individual's results. The results are also applied to four important components of professional development: communication, change management, decision making and conflict management. The report describes the individual's style in these four areas and suggests ways of using this style more effectively.

The Team report provides a description of the group's type, its strengths and weaknesses, and its problem-solving and conflict management styles, and offers a personalized action plan to improve team productivity.
