Leadership Effectiveness Assessment
A confidential in-depth analysis of a leader's effectiveness is conducted by experienced organizational development professionals. The process includes interviews with the leader themselves, their boss, the members of their leadership team and if desired, other key stakeholders. In addition, any existing data such as employee opinion surveys, 360-Degree assessments, etc. is reviewed. This information is combined with leadership "best practices" and specific recommendations are provided to the leader.
Workshops, Retreats or Conferences
This service provides resources to work with the customer to define the meeting's objectives, aid in the determining the event format and developing the agenda, timeline and communication process and, if requested, facilitating the session. Facilitation is recommended as it enables people with different perspectives to communicate more effectively. It maximizes the involvement of all participants, helps resolve conflicts and achieves desired results.
One on One Coaching
Qualified resources provide confidential executive coaching to help high-potential managers identify opportunities for enhanced effectiveness. The coach offers the individual insight, motivation and suggestions and works with them to develop an action plan and personal accountability measurements. These services are appropriate for leaders wanting to enhance their effectiveness in their current position, individuals who will be leading new teams or organizations, or to help prepare high potential individuals for positions of increasing responsibility. Services can be provided by Georgia Tech internal Organizational Development coaches or through a network of external coaches.
