Defining Customer Service

Description
The Defining Customer Service certificate provides Georgia Tech staff enhanced training opportunities in the area of Customer Service. This enables Georgia Tech staff to provide the highest quality services to our community and improve the overall experience of faculty, staff, students and visitors. This is the first step in improving the services the Institute provides by making them faster, friendlier and easier, thereby making Georgia Tech a more welcoming and enjoyable place to learn and grow.

The Defining Customer Service curriculum includes four (4) required classes and two (2) electives. Participants may choose to complete all the classes within the program to earn the certificate, or attend selected classes of interest. Each required class will be offered several times throughout the year. Elective topics will be offered at least once annually. Additional offerings of required and elective classes will be made available if necessary.

Total Program Cost: $1300-$1550
(Please Note: Program cost determined by course selection).

Certification
Participants receive a certificate upon completion of this curriculum.
